I am very familiar with the characteristics and behaviors that organizations seek from executives in high impact and leadership positions having worked with thousands of leaders in multiple industries, functional areas and operating environments over the past 25 years. My experience brings objectivity and business acumen to my coaching work.
My belief is that self-awareness, political acuity and operating effectiveness differentiate leaders. I therefore help clients assess their current operating environment, appreciate how they are experiencing it, and help them to navigate and maximize their effectiveness or impact within it. The process includes psychometrics tools, in-depth interviews and customized exercises.
I develop trustful relationships/dialog that act as a catalyst and springboard for my clients. These conversations I am told, differentiate me from others. I bring a very strong career-based approach to my coaching given the fact that I have worked in executive search throughout my career. This experience is highly valued by my clients.
I offer both a personal and pragmatic approach to the work that I do, acting as a Talent Advisor for my clients in a number of areas including; Executive Coaching, Leadership Assessment, Strategic Planning, Succession Planning, and Transitional Coaching.
