Bio

Jill MacLeod has a broad-based and distinctive background in executive search, leadership assessment, and executive and career coaching. As a “Talent Advisor” for her clients she assists in a number of areas that are critical to any hiring process to assess talent, identify high impact positions, clarify mandates and examine how roles fit into an organization and its culture. Her experience as a coach allows her to help executives better understand themselves and to navigate the environments they are working in.

Jill has worked with several international clients on an ongoing basis including companies such as E&Y, Siemens, the Miller Group, Wesco Distribution, Fowler Construction, Trillium Health Care and Points International where she has assisted them with a wide range of executive recruiting initiatives, leadership assessment, succession planning, and coaching initiatives.

Jill has been an active member of the executive search and coaching industry over the past 25 years and has been affiliated with several international search firms including A.T. Kearney, Odgers Berndtson and Boyden Global Executive Search. She started her own firm in 2000.

She holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of Waterloo, and is certified with the Myers Briggs Personality Inventory, Firo-B, EQI (Emotional Intelligence) and is also trained in Leadership and Management Assessment techniques from the Management Research Group, Portland Maine.

Jill is Certified as an Executive Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation.
